By way of introduction, I am a fully qualified reflexology practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists and professionally insured. I am based in Hornchurch, Essex and predominantly work with people from the local community. I started practicing in 2003 and have worked with more than 2000 clients.
It has become my life’s work to forever learn and improve in this field, and it is my hope that others may also wish to do the same for their friends and family. This is the reason why I have decided to run workshops. I am a committed Yogi. I practice every day, as it is very important when working in this field to keep one’s body and mind free from illness and remain fit, strong and positive for your clients.
I do everything that I can to help clients to self improve, often combining different therapies to help client make progress with their conditions or to make their treatment more enjoyable.
Most illness, if not genetic are linked to one’s emotions and once a person understands where and how a blockage is formed in the chakras – energy wheels, there are many ways to unblock and self heal.

The client lays back in a relaxing recliner remaining fully clothed, while the client’s feet are worked upon by the Reflexologist (see images). Reflexology uses the unique method of applying pressure to reflex points corresponding to all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes help to relieve stress, improve circulation, eliminate toxins and remove restriction to energy flow. A general sense of well-being is greatly enhanced when natures’ balance is once more restored, and many conditions that clients suffer from often greatly improve/become more manageable or disappear if reflexology is for them. If a client has conditions, it is advocated that they have 6 consecutive weekly treatments to see how far reflexology can improve their condition. Alternatively, monthly treatments are a wonderful way to maintain the body and pick up on any imbalances as they occur.
